“Natural Rhythm and Illumination” Art Exhibit

Featuring the stained glass and pastel drawing artworks by Artist Steve King

image of woman on glass

Steve King creates dynamic stained glass designs that illuminate our natural world in which he features fossils, agates, crystals, bones and shells.

Mr. King’s oil pastel designs blend the chakra color palette with the rhythmic feel of a healing mandala. Prints and cards of the oil pastel works have been exhibited in the Hudson Hospital and various healing centers and galleries in the region.

This art exhibit is on display Mondays through Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM from July 1 through July 31.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Mr. King’s stained glass artwork helps support the programs and operations of the Great River Road Visitor and Learning Center at Freedom Park.

“I hope for those who see my artwork, feel what I am trying to capture on canvas. The silence of the wind as it propels the sailboat, the serene sound of the water that laps upon the shore, the fragrance of a flower in a garden, or to be drawn into the peaceful images I create.”  Theodore Horn
