Our one-day event offers artists a pop-up gallery, breweries a unique audience, and our partner Art Buddies with a laid-back fundraising environment. We’re seeking designers, illustrators and printmakers who share our passion for art, community and philanthropy. Application: new artist applicants should submit 3 portfolio samples of work, choose your strongest pieces.”

“It’s time to start hatching plans for our annual rite of spring, the Pioneer Press Marshmallow Peeps Diorama and Video Contest.

Now in its 12th year, the contest invites readers to create a diorama with virtually any theme — current events, pop culture, historical incidents, arts and entertainment — as long as it features Marshmallow Peeps.

Here’s what you need to do:

Make a diorama of any size featuring Marshmallow Peeps.
Upload a photo of the diorama here.
Include the name and contact information of the creator or creators, plus any comments, anecdotes, artist’s statement, description of materials used or statistics of Peeps consumed that you wish to share.
Enter by 5 p.m. March 25.”
