Prescott Daze Street Dance gates open at 7:30pm. “Adam Elijah Band” rock band will play from 8:00 to Midnight located at Mercord Mill Park along the Riverfront. Free with a Prescott Daze Button. Concessions will be available. No one under 21 admitted.

Books and Benches Program at the Butterfly Art Bench

“Meet at the Butterfly Art Bench in Freedom Park, spread out your blanket, choose a book to read together, explore the park’s playground and trails, and pick out free books to bring home!”

The goal of “Books and Benches” is to promote reading and encourage families to spend time enjoying unique community art projects and exploring the amazing places in the St. Croix River Valley.

This “Books and Benches” program is a partnership between Somerset Elementary Family Book Drive, The Phipps Center for the Arts, the Art Bench Trail, the Prescott Public Library and the Great River Road Visitor and Learning Center at Freedom Park.

Fridays, July 15 & July 22 from 10-11 a.m.

Wicked Witch’s Paverpol Workshops

“Turn Fabric to Stone” with Paverpol!

Come to BreakAway’s Next Community Workshop!

Make Poppies, Flying Monkeys and Munchkins for promotion and props to support Black Dirt Theater’s Wizard of Oz! Paverpol is a unique product specifically formulated for sculpture, set design, 2D & 3D art, and much more!

Workshops will run from 10am to 6pm, July 6th through the 8th. You’re free stay the whole time or part of the time!

All workshops are FREE to participate in!
An $85 Dollar Value!Please bring a roll of masking tape (the wider the better), a roll of aluminum foil, and sharp scissors (sharp enough for fabric).
